We’ve designed our order, delivery and returns process to be clear, fair and hassle-free — so you can shop with confidence.

Fast, Reliable Delivery

We pack every order with care and send it via a next working day courier service as standard.

We also offer a rapid order remedy or completion delivery service for our KDW Pro trade members.


Here’s how it works:

  • Delivery is always via a next-day professional courier service
  • Your delivery is free on all orders over £250
  • For smaller orders we do charge a small, flat fee to cover costs:
    • for orders up to £150, delivery is £14.95
    • for medium orders between £150 and £250, delivery is £22.95
  • Standard items are typically dispatched within 5 working days
  • Customised or made-to-order items may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated
  • Your order may arrive in more than one delivery, depending on stock and packaging
  • We currently deliver across mainland Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland

Need your order left in a safe place? No problem — just let the courier know. Please note that you’ll be responsible for your order items once it’s delivered to your safe place.

If no one is available to receive delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.

Please check everything when it arrives and let us know by email within 2 working days if anything’s damaged, missing, or incorrect:

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely happy with your order — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

  • You can cancel any standard item within 14 days of receiving delivery — just email us to get the process started
  • Bespoke, made-to-order or drilled items can’t be cancelled or returned unless they’re faulty or damaged
  • All returned items must be sent back in original packaging and received by us within 7 days of your return being accepted
  • Return shipping is always at your own cost
  • Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 14 days, minus any return charges or applicable adjustments

Please note we’re not liable for any other costs — like missed appointments for tradespeople — due to errors, delays or issues with delivery.
