TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to KitchenDoorWorks, a PanelPro company ("we"). These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website www.kitchendoorworks.co.uk and any purchase and supply of our products and accessories.
By using our website and / or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 These Terms apply to all sales made through our website, email or telephone.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US
2.1 When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods. Payment will be processed at the time of order placement. An automatic order confirmation email is sent, but this does not constitute order acceptance.
2.2 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available or there is a pricing error, we will notify you. No contract is formed until we send an order dispatch confirmation.
2.3 Product images are for illustration purposes only. Your goods may slightly differ from images shown, including potential variations in colour and finish.
2.4 Doors and panels are manufactured with a standard tolerance of ±1.5mm, unless otherwise agreed as part of an agreed, bespoke order.
2.5 This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2.6 By placing an order, you accept these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Website Use.
3. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
3.1 Orders can be placed online via our website or, if you prefer, you can place an order via email (sales@kitchendoorworks.co.uk).
3.2 The buyer is responsible for ensuring all order details, including measurements and finishes, are correct before purchasing.
3.3 Pricing and carriage charges will be displayed before checkout.
3.4 We reserve the right to remove or amend any promotion or offer without notice.
4. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
4.1 All orders are securely packed and sent on a next working day delivery service as standard.
4.2 Standard items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Customised products may take slightly longer.
4.3 Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, depending on availability and packaging.
4.4 We currently deliver to mainland Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
4.5 If you ask for goods to be left unattended, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage.
4.6 If no one is available to receive the delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
4.7 Please check all items on arrival and report any missing, incorrect or damaged goods within 2 working days by email: sales@kitchendoorworks.co.uk.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
5.1 Bespoke, made-to-order items or drilled items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
5.2 You may cancel standard orders within 14 days of delivery by email (sales@kitchendoorworks.co.uk).
5.3 Returned goods must be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days from acceptance of return. All return shipping is at the customer's expense.
5.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days, less any applicable return fees or adjustments.
5.5 We are not responsible for other fees, costs or loss of earnings due to late, damaged, or missing deliveries.
5.6 Once any item has been installed, or used, these are deemed accepted by you and cannot be returned.
6. FAULTY GOODS & WARRANTY
6.1 Please report any product faults via email (sales@kitchendoorworks.co.uk) 2 working days and include photographs to exemplify the issue where possible.
6.2 KitchenDoorWorks warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.
6.3 The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper storage, handling, installation, or other misuse
- Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or improper cleaning
6.4 Warranty claims require return of faulty goods for inspection at the customers expense.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation.
7.2 We do not warrant or represent compliance with any legal requirement outside of the UK.
7.3 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.
8. TRADE CUSTOMERS
8.1 Orders placed by trade or business customers cannot be cancelled unless agreed in writing, via email (sales@kitchendoorworks.co.uk).
8.2 Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made via email (sales@kitchendoorworks.co.uk) within 2 working days.
8.3 We are not liable for external, other costs or any loss of earnings.
8.4 Liability for trade customers is limited to the value of goods supplied.
9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
9.1 Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9.2 Payment information is processed securely and is not stored by KitchenDoorWorks.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1 These Terms, and any potential disputes, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
